Flea bites can be more than just irritating – they can be dangerous too! If a flea carries certain diseases, the bite can cause serious or even life-threatening health problems. During the warm months, fleas are most active and they often live in tall grass, shrubs, leaves, and trees. When pets walk past these areas, fleas can easily jump on them.
